Chris Michalak, as the new Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through the next phase of growth. Michalak will also join the Virgin Pulse board of directors.

During his tenure, Alight more than tripled its sales growth rate, successfully integrated six acquisitions and was certified as a Great Place to Work. Michalak was also recognized for his leadership role in the Software Report’s Top 50 Tech Services CEOs of 2020.

Prior to Alight Solutions, Michalak served as Aon Hewitt’s global chief commercial officer, where he led global sales and accounting strategy and led the US sales and accounting functions. He also led Aon Hewitt’s global Client Promise initiative, which established clear commitments to all customers and put in place a methodology for evaluating the company’s performance to ensure that customer expectations were met or exceeded. Michalak was also previously CEO of the global HR consulting firm Buck Consultants.
