Online: Living well with chronic illnesses. Wednesday, July 14, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Living Well is a virtual 6-week workshop for people with persistent physical and / or mental illnesses. You will acquire skills to communicate better, make informed decisions, solve problems, and develop weekly action plans.
