Universal CityWalk, Los Angeles County health department to launch pop-up COVID vaccination clinic Thursday

UNIVERSAL CITY, California (KABC) – The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is expected to open a pop-up Covid-19 vaccination clinic on Thursday at the Universal CityWalk, which offers doses of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

Thursday was also the last day you could receive multiple vaccination incentives and prizes offered by the County and City of Los Angeles.

Anyone who gets their first dose of the COVID vaccine by the end of the day will enter to win season tickets to the Dodgers or LAFC. To qualify, participants must get their chance at a location operated by the city, county, or St. John’s Well Child & Family Center.

Those who receive their second dose and bring another person to be vaccinated will also be entered into the raffle.

Starting Friday, the Dodgers will host a small vaccination clinic in Centerfield Plaza during their home games at Dodger Stadium. The first 1,000 fans who get vaccinated in this mobile clinic will receive a voucher for two tickets for a future home game.
